I support retail, hospitality, and manufacturing companies by accessing their internal recruitment processes, working remotely with their tools, ATSs, and standards.
I started in sales. There, I learned that you can promise anything, but if the person providing the service or producing the result isn't up to par, the company loses credibility, customers, and revenue.
That's why I decided to move to where it all comes to life: in people and recruitment processes. I've been working with companies for three years: I onboard them into their HR and recruiting teams, use their tools, receive open positions, and handle the entire search and selection process.
I post ads under their name, screen them, conduct initial interviews, and follow up on each candidate until they're hired, as if I were part of their HR department.
