A team of experienced recruiters specialized in finding job opportunities for candidates without a degree and more. Our mission is to help people find the right job for them, starting by listening to their desires and skills. We do not do traditional CV screening, but we focus on understanding who the candidate is, what he or she wants to do, and what his or her aspirations are. We then propose the candidate to companies that can offer him or her the ideal work environment.

What is Job for Blue?
Job for Blue is first and foremost a team of recruiters who have come together to bridge the gap between companies looking for operational staff and candidates without a university degree, but with a strong desire to work and grow.
The name “Job for Blue” recalls the world of “blue-collar workers” (operational workers), who represent the beating heart of many companies.
